Return Policy

At Alaska Carquest LLC. (Frontier Alaska Auto Parts LLC.), we are committed to your satisfaction. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, we offer a straightforward return process to help make things right.  

 

Returning Window  

You may return your item within 15 days from the date of purchase at any Alaska Carquest LLC. (Frontier Alaska Auto Parts LLC.) store. Please bring your order confirmation or original receipt. 

 

Conditions for Return 

• Item must be unused, and in resellable condition 

• Item must be in original packaging (include all original materials supplied with the product) 

• Item must be in the same condition as received (unopened and uninstalled) • Proof of Purchase (order confirmation or original receipt) is required 

 

Non-Refundable Items 

• Opened gaskets 

• Electrical/Electronic goods 

• Clearance or “AS IS” merchandise 

• Personalized or custom-made items 

• Commercial tools and equipment (some items) 

• Special-order merchandise (some items) 

• Shipping costs

 

Restocking Fees 

 

Third-party or outsourced merchandise, including certain Special Orders, Commercial Tools, and equipment, may be subject to a 25% restocking fee.  

 

Other Conditions 

• Alaska Carquest LLC. (Frontier Alaska Auto Parts LLC.) reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges at any time, for any reason.

Returning Online Purchases  

Items purchased Online may be returned within 15 days of the purchase date at any Alaska Carquest LLC. (Frontier Alaska Auto Parts LLC.) store or mailed back.  

Return Process 

• Contact our support team to request a return authorization. 

• Once approved, ship the item back to the address provided. 

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. 

• To ensure your online return is accepted, the item must be in its original, undamaged packaging and include all accessories or parts as originally shipped. 

• Once approved, ship the item back to the address provided.

 

Refunds 

• Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. 

• If your return is approved, you’ll receive a confirmation email. 

    • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. 

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items 

• If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or full refund. 

 

Order Cancellation Policy 

In-store pick up can be canceled at any time prior to picking up. If you place an order for delivery, please contact the store as soon as possible as cancellation may not be possible.  Delivery orders are processed very quickly and could result in delayed processing and / or delivery. If the order has shipped, you will have to wait for the order to be delivered and then  

return it to the store. Upon arrival at the store, the return policy will take effect. Purchasers are responsible for shipping costs* back to a store.  

*Shipping charges are non-refundable 

 

Missing Orders 

First check your tracking number. You can log into your account to retrieve or call the store for details. Once you have confirmed the delivery has been completed, check with everyone in your household to make sure someone else hasn’t received the package. Look behind any bushes or furniture near the delivery location, and if necessary, check with your neighbors. 

If you still haven’t located the package, filing a stolen property report with your local police is a good idea. You can file a claim with the shipping company also. Alaska Carquest LLC. (Frontier Alaska Auto Parts LLC.) is not responsible for lost or missing packages. 

 

Core Returns  

Core returns must be for the exact part purchased, returned in the original packaging, and in fully rebuildable, undamaged condition. Before returning, ensure all fluids are completely drained. Credit WILL NOT be issued until the returned part has been received and inspected by our team. This helps us verify eligibility and maintain high standards for all core returns.  

 

Warranty Returns 

Most items are covered by a standard 30-day warranty from the date of purchase unless a longer warranty is specified on your original sales receipt. For example, if your receipt lists a 24-month warranty, that longer period applies. Please refer to your receipt for specific warranty terms and bring it with you when making a warranty return.
